If you haven’t had chance to see Flash Forward yet the story focuses on a strange and mysterious worldwide event where everyone one on the planet blacks out and loses consciousness for exactly two minutes and seventeen seconds. The black out is coined a Flash Forward because everyone sees a vision or a hallucination of their life, but six months in advance around April the 29th 2010.
While everyone seems affected by the blackout there are some people who seem to have been unaffected, one mysterious figure dressed all in black is caught on CCTV footage walking around as if nothing happened while everyone else is unconscious around them.
Flash Forward features an impressive cast including Joseph Fiennes, Sonya Walker, John Cho, Christine Woods, Payton List, Jack Davenport, Alex Kingston and Dominic Monaghan.
Flash Forward is an ABC show and is based off Robert J. Sawyer’s science fiction novel of the same name published in 1999. The first show aired on Thursday the 24th of September 2009 and the first season of Flash Forward is set for thirteen episodes.
The first pilot show of Flash Forward was written by David S. Goyer who also directed the first show. Goyer is a veteran of the industry and has been involved in projects like Blade Trinity, Batman Begins, The Unborn and is the co-creator of the TV show Flash Forward.
